Maris really did the damn thing! Excuse my language but, she really made my hair dreams a reality! I’ve been wanting a REAL balayage for over 10 years!! Before Maris, everytime I went to a salon I would ask for a balayage and get highlights? Unblended and chunky highlights, which is not what I asked for. I wanted something natural, low maintenance and goes with me. Maris absolutely did that! She listened, understood the assignment and went in! In the chair it felt like her and I knew each other for years! There was never a dull moment! We talked, we gave each other advice, found out we were both Taurus's! I absolutely love her and will be going back to her for any of my hair needs! Thank you so much Maris!! ❤️ Go to Maris!!!!!! Thank you Onyx Salon!!!

These ladies are the best of the best. I am a typical guy in that I never know what I want in a haircut, I just know what I don’t like. Sara has always been able to hear me and knock it out of the park making this goofy dude look great in the hair department. On the rare occasion I can’t schedule with Sara, Giselle has stepped in with the same intuition and flawless execution. Guys - Treat your lady with a gift card from Onyx too! You’ll thank me later.
Not only are these talented and hilarious ladies absolute artists, but they have done an amazing job building their salon into a comfortable and welcoming environment.

All of the stylists at this salon are personal, beyond talented and absolutely adorable. The salon itself is decorated so beautifully and is in a great location. I have been going to Sara for over 6 years. I dont even live in Arizona anymore and still make the commute from across the country just to sit in her chair. Sometimes when I arrive I have an exact vision for my hair and sometimes I tell her to experiment with whatever she feels would look best. In both situations I leave even more pleased than the previous visit (if that’s even possible). Sara is not only beyond talented at her job but is also a phenomenal listener, and great at recommending the perfect product for your hair type. You can’t go wrong with any of the stylists here. Entering a new salon can be scary at times and I can’t stress enough how warm and welcoming all the stylists in this salon are.
